Do you agree with this "Poverty Threshold" listing?

I just wanted some opinions on this.

It's difficult to agree or disagree without seeing how they actually compiled their data.  Also, different countries may have different standards for determining who is in poverty.  In the US a poor person may be anyone who is not able to afford to buy many luxury Items, whereas a poor person in an impoverished nation may be starving to death.

I suppose that might be a good guideline as a general reference, but I would hesitate to use it to try to prove a point.
