Do you agree with this quote?

"No man or woman is worth your tears and the one who is won’t make you cry"

I don't think that's necessarily true...sometimes when someone makes you cry, that's how you know they're worth it - because they stirred such a feeling in you. if they weren't worth it, you wouldn't care.

I think what the quote says is not true. It does not necessarily mean that you wouldn't cry about someone not worth your tears, but sometimes you just can't help it.

And about the last part... the person worth your tears would never want you to cry, but unknowingly or indirectly they could still bring tears to your eyes...

I don' think it's true. I mean, the person you care for you should cry about, tears of joy and in some cases, tears of hurt. But I believe the first part, no man or woman is worth your tears.
