  1. Agreed. But the republicans are trying real hard to change the subject with petty attacks, and promise us that they will save us from their own party.

  6. no. My biggest issues are the economy, how to reform healthcare and the public education system debacle our government has gotten us into and fixing our foreign image( I blame both parties). We are the laughing stock of the globe right now.  I truly believe Obama can do this better than McCain/Palin. Isn't the president supposed to be representative of the citizens. I think Obama's life experiences (single mother, absent father, drug use, welfare experience, being a minority) have much more validity in this than being born to a rich family.

    This whole notion of not meeting with foreign leaders that we've have had past conflicts with is the equivalent to telling your child to go sock his peer in the nose instead of communicating and trying to work things out.  

  7. Well, I think the biggest issue is UNDOING everything Bush has done in the past eight years to get our country back on the right track.  Considering John McCain voted with Bush 95% in 2007, I don't see how McCain is the person to achieve this task.

  8. maybe not what Bush has done, but what Bush has failed to do, starting with improving the economy, pulling troops out of Iraq and transfer them to Afghanistan, strenghtening the dollar, and improving foreign relations, especially in the E.U.. Bush is by far the worst President in the history of the United States, and it's going to be a colossal effort on either Obama or McCain to fix everything he has screwed up.  

  9. No, a more important issue would be which candidate will do the best job at fixing Bush's eight-year mistakes, in my opinion.
