I don't really think that this is strictly true. She may enjoy fame, but at the same time with Harvey in the spotlight it shows that no matter what he is suffering from she still loves him and she is always trying to find cures for his condition.

With a lot of the money she gets from these publicity shoots with her children she often puts have of the earnings to a childrens charity.

I think if the truth be known a lot of mothers would love to be able to afford a nanny, it takes a lot of the burden away from the mother, which i think is a good thing, happy mummy often means happy child..

She is a good business women who is making money and does a good job of making money.

Good on her i say and if she has the knack for business then so be it.

Regardless of whether her children are in the paper or not they would never have the so called normal upbringing in view that both parents are extroverts and they themselves are always in the media.
