Yahoo is pretty good.  There are two weaknesses:

- The search facility is not good.  I want a yellow pages search in a specified area; Yahoo does not have it.  It white pages search is not as good as it should be.

- The referee system on YQ&A sucks, big time.  If there are people involved in it at all (as opposed to just a piece of software), they surely must be taken from a home for the mentally deficient.
