I use top of the line Monster cables for my hd cable box and TV, but i find it ridiculously tough to plug and unplug the cables from the tv and the box. it's completely ridiculous, i mean i almost broke my hand getting one out, i pulled so hard that when it came out my hand hit a brick wall and bruised to the bone. Anyone know how to help/resolve this?

  1. yeah i borrowed some monster cables that did that too. i tried to figure out a way to get it out but it isnt easy. try pushing down while you unplug it. sometimes that would work for me. how can you afford monster cables? other much cheaper cables work just as good.

  2. Is it the component cables(Red, Green, and Blue)?  If it is, monster component cables need to be twisted to the right in order to be bothed plugged in and unplugged.  This is because of the turbine shape of the couplings.  It can be a hassle, but the connection is nice and tight with the cables.
