Do you apply Concealer before or after your foundation?

I tried it before and it didn't blend well at all,So I apply concealer after I'm Finished putting on my foundation you?

I put it on before. the foundation makes the concealer set, so it stays on better

Afterward, otherwise your foundation rubs it off.  Thats what I do anyway.

you can apply Concealer before foundation , but if you have very dark eye circles , apply the concealer again after applying foundation

well u can put it after or before, if you want more coverage put the concealer before =)
