It is always best to look forward to a new day arriving because as i say "tomorrow may bring better things". Although, its best not to have great expectations, then what the day does bring (reward wise, or other), will be a bonus. A new day brings new beginnings from time to time and new beginnings can be exciting, so yes, we should appreciate a new day...

actually no coz everyday is the same

Oh! I was so stupid that I did not used to! But now I appreciate every moment, not only every day. No moment what it brings. You never know when it is your last one.
