Do you as an Australian find it hard to buy from 100% Australian owned companies in the major supermarkets.?

The average grocery trolley contains 85% foreign owned and made resulting in around 100 million dollars a day heading offshore to foreign owned corporations.In Japan 98% of products are owned by Japanese companies.

I think it would be much better to support 100% Australian owned companies as profits stay in Australia for Australians and it also keeps Australians employed here.

We need to copy the Japanese level or aim for 100% Australian content in Australian supermarkets.This will only happen if consumers support 100% Australian owned companies on a mass scale with every product bought in the supermarket because the supermarkets will not give preference to Aussie companies over foreign.

  1. Most definately. We just can't compete with the cheap labor like other countries. We have lost so many Aussie companies over the years.

    This is what d**k Smith has been fighting for Australians for years.
