Just curious, I used to be a skirt-girl, and still wear skirts often. I'm just curious if people automatically assume me to be an ultra-conservative if I do so. Thanks!

  1. When I see a lady stylishly attired in a skirt, long or short, I guarantee you I am not ever thinking: Oooh, look at that right wing religious nut! I AM thinking: That is one stylish, attractive lady! Kidding aside, I am far from a sexist but I do enjoy seeing a woman dressed as a woman and flaunting it!

  2. I don't think so. I don't even know how anyone would judge someone a religious right-winger by how they dress.

  3. You must not have been watching the republican convention.

Both Cindi and Sarah were dressed in the fashion expected of a Lady representing this country. they reminded me of how well Jackie Kennedy dressed, and all of the children were tastefully dressed. What a difference.

From scraggly looking pant suits, and dresses that do not suit the occasion.

Skirts and suits and tailored dresses always look good.

No I don't think you would be dubbed ultra conservative, but I do think you would be thought of as well dressed, or the very least neat and clean looking.

  4. I've never owned a long denim skirt.  Are you saying I should consider all fat chick in mini skirts to be libs?

  5. That would depend if your wearing any clothes ABOVE that looong denim skirt!

  6. Well, certainly a long skirt would seem to define a certain level of modesty.
