From the evidence I have read, I think he's innocent. Or at least not guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.

The police do not charge anyone for murder unless they have the evidence to convince a jury. This man was a stalker who had possession of firearms. There was written evidence found in his flat together with dozens of photographs that he had taken of his stalking victims. I will predict that he will lose is appeal and in my opinion rightly so.   Sorry to disagree with you.
