I have trouble sleeping every month for a few days and someone told me to check out the window when that happens and look to see what phase the moon is in, every time I have, its been a few days before, during or after a full moon. Coincidence? An astrologist asked me if I was a water sign, which I am. It affects the ocean so why not everything else?

  1. Yes. It has something to do with the gravitational pull and the magnetic energy of the earth that causes it.

In ancient times, and still today in some cultures, women use the lunar cycles and the full moon to regulate their menstrual cycles, hence the idea of a 28 day cycle.

I don't notice any lack of sleep over a full moon, but I do have two young kids at home too! lol

I do notice a change in my two cats behavior, though. I couldn't pinpoint it at first as it would only happen once in a while until I noticed the rhythm. I looked at the calender and their squirrely behavior correlated to the full moon. Now I can tell when the full moon is about to approach! And now as my kids are getting older I can notice it in their behavior as well!

  2. I observed in some people, but i dont know which sign they belongs I also observed that persons sleeping too open to the moon in fullmoon day, have some disturbences of sleepnessness and anothertypes of uneasiness.  I also cured a person with too much of unnatural behaviour atthe full moon period by Homeo medicine. Please consult a good qualified homeopath if you are other sysmptoms accomapanied with present problem. That will be cured permanently.

  3. No.

Please take this into consideration. It worked for me, although I am not you.

I had insomnia. It turned out to be my use of Splenda. Yup Splenda. How could something that taste so good, be so bad?

I like to say sucralose, not Splenda, because that is what Splenda is. And it is in a lot of stuff. Sadly, the package doesn't have to say Splenda or diet to have sucralose in it. You have to read labels. So, you might be using it and don't even know it!

Sucralose is poison. It ruined five years of my life. I had a laundry list of medical problems while taking it, including overwhelming anxiety, depression, mood swings, insomnia, gastrointestinal issues and more.

Go ahead, google: anxiety splenda or anxiety sucralose or insomnia splenda or insomnia sucralose

The slogan, "Made from sugar..." is very misleading. Splenda might be made from sugar, but it is far from sugar. The resulting chemical is an organochloride (chlorocarbon). Organochlorides are typically poisons.

carbon monoxide - made from oxygen so its like a breath of fresh air

  4. Um..... No. Unless the light is too bright for you to fall asleep or your mind is too full to fall asleep, stop looking at the moon and stop thinking about it.

Other factors are happening, not the moon.

  5. I have that problem when there's NO moon outside. (completly covered)
