I know there is dumbass! They still pump it out each day! You go just out of LA, and what do you know! They have oil being pumped! The only difference is you can't see the oil under LA.

I would not be surprised if there were a huge stockpile of oil under LA.  There are a lot of working pumps on the drive from where I live to LA, but people fight the ecological changes these huge pipes can bring -- and forget about the economic growth it could help.

And lower the gas prices.  In Kuwait, where oil is everywhere, gas is about 0.35 - 0.45 cents a gallon!
