  1. Yeah, of course, I mean if alcohol is legalized and you get stupid idiots driving around drunk and getting hostile in public bar fights, what harm would it be for public stoning? A mellowed out guy with the munchies purchasing everything off the value menu at Burger King and eating everything in peace?

And that's bullshit that the only reason weed can't be legalized is because of taxes. When you look at clothing, clothing isn't taxed and some people make their own clothing, hence the same conerns with weed. I don't see why weed can't be legal just because the government can't tax it - so what? Since coffee shops (not including dunkin' donuts) are not usually government controlled, then you might as well just have the people who own their own coffee shops sell the weed, they'll make enough money off of the weed just by selling it alone without having to make an extra profit off of taxing. Who knows, maybe they could make big bucks off of flavored weed or whatever.  I mean, look at Holland or the Netherlands or Amsterdam, over there in Europe they have coffee shops all around that openly sell marijuana.

And for your information, I don't care who tells you this - marijuana is NOT harmful, AT ALL. These people preaching on 'how bad it is,' are just being BRAINWASHED by all the propaganda. It:

-has proven to contain nothing physically addictive inside of it

-Surgeon General's Warning has claimed 0 deaths from marijuana usage (not including car accidents though)

-can be ingested for medical purposes such as chemotherapy, or to help increase appetite

-does not permanently alter any brain chemicals or kill any brain cells, therefore it doesn't make you officially 'stupid' as so many people would put it

-does not make you violent or hostile as alcohol would so

Now, these things all fall under natural weed of course, and as for driving while blazed, I do think people should be fined because they are afterall intoxicated or under the influence of a drug which can effect the way they drive, that I will admit to.

Its sad, really, that people get punished for smoking peacefully in their own home, but then when it comes down to drinking too much at bars, that is just 'okay' to do cause you know it's legal to do in public. I have no problem with alcohol, but when it comes to public drinking and it gets to the point of putting other people's life at risk once you're on the road, then that's where the government crosses the line, and that should be made illegal. So it goes to show that with this cannabis business, the government could care less about your health and more about the money.

No taxing, no weed for you.

  2. its legal in most euro countries, so why not here.

  3. Yes, that way it could be distrubted by an actual retailer. From there it can be grown properly and be clean for smokers.

    1. Clean, maintained weed

    2. Revenue

    3. Lower pricing.

  4. Nope.  It makes people stupider than they already are.

  5. No, because it would be abused. I realize the medical uses of marijuana, but too many others would take advantage of its legality to host Pot Parties.
