Do you believe in Clairvoyants/Psycics?

Question

My cousin passed away a couple of months ago and my auntie and my mum are going to see a clairvoyant next week.

Has anyone ever had anyone come through that made you believe that it really was someone close to you?

or is it just a money making scheme?

There are real psychics.  John Edward is real, James Van Praagh is real.  The problem is, that because it is so difficult to prove, there are many phonies out there.  And you have to remember that just because someone is psychic, doesn't make them honest.  Those are the kind that can read what you want to hear and then tell you that, whether it applies or not.

  And if they ask for more money to clean someones aura or remove a curse, run, that is an expensive game that never ends.

I think they get a bad press.

I was chatting with a Psychic the other day she told me she was studying psychology and I got the impression she was a person reading into the minds potential not claiming to be a mind reader only in a professional sense. She wasn't in a Fair or on the street but in a head shop and I noticed her voice was very hypnotic to put people in the zone so she could explore their needs. She seemed very genuine and I am a good judge of character and can spot a thieving Gypsy scumbag a mile off.

Only a dopey dreamer dipshit would fall for someone talking nonsense to make easy money.

However people have to make a living somewhere and I never paid to talk to her.

i want to believe i lost my 18 yr old to suicide 8-21-07 i would love to hear from him but i haven't had the nerve to visit 1. we had talked and agreed upon a certain thing to do to the other so the other would know for sure little things have happened but i don't know if it's my imagination or him it's so confusing but if i did meet a psychic if they were for real they would know what we had talked about if they were for real.

I've not been to a medium before. I have went to a palm reader and she claimed to be clairvoyant. I know this because  I asked her. I feel like she read me good. The palm reader nailed me so well it brought tears to my eyes on a subject. My sister went with me and felt her like she got a "cold reading" aka too general. She called me the next day and was laughing. I said what is so funny? She told me the palm reader kept telling her a sister-in-law or brother-in-law was getting married. She told the palm reader she didn't know anyone. Well, my sister did and that is why she was laughing so hard, because it was her husbands sister that was getting married very soon.

If you believe in God, Angels, Jesus ask them to be there with you when you go, just to help out on the reading.

First, I express my condolences about your cousin. I know psychics and clairvoyants are frauds. Tell your relatives not to give any money to them. As a Catholic, I know some of our saints said dead people stay in their graves until Judgment Day, so no one can really contact them. Vultures who prey on people who have just lost loved ones should be in jail. That is low down.

Yes I do. I believe I'm a psychic maybe not a clairvoyant but I have clairaudiance and can pick up place memory. My older brother scott died when he was 19 my curent age.

It is important for you to realise this.

Psychics are either frauds or self-deluded. They pick up clues from their clients. Some even do background research first.

Read "tricks of the Mind" by Derren Brown, or watch one of his shows.

I am sorry about your cousin :(.  I believe there are real psychics, I have seen one several times and she has been very scarily accurate every time.  Of course there are people out there who are dishonest and fake.  I would suggest that you get a referral or email me and I can give you my psychic's name.

Do a search on the Internet for Cold Reading Scripts, that's what they use.

Yes I do, I have spoke with most of my family who have passed on. I was born with the ability to do this and I am not alone my mother and a lot of other people can do this as well.

If you can not do it yourself, don't condemn anyone who can, long ago people who could were burned at the stake and called a witch.

I haven't had anyone close to me die, but I do believe in psychics.

My mum went and saw one, and this lady knew alot of things about my mum before she even said a word.

I think people need to experience it to actually believe it.

I don't think it's a money making scheme. It's their job, they get paid like the rest of us that have jobs.

Although there are probably some out there that don't have these abilities and are out to scam people.

But don't forget there are good ones out there too.

PSYCHICS exist but chances are they will tap into  your subconscious mind for the info you would like to hear about your cousin .psychics have power and can do amazing things but they do best when they create their own target for shooting ....

I'm going to be honest so I can sleep tonight. My cousin who departed in January has come back to me these last two days trying to get me not to take a job I had some interest in. Today I found out why.

Did I think it was my imagination? A big part wanted it to be, I find it difficult accepting important guidance from the deceased.

While I belive in spirit there are also rules.  Let the departed go to their rest.  Real mediums will find you if your departed has unfinished business you can help them with.  Other wise you are distubing them.
