Do you believe in Crystal Balls?

Question

My psychic aunt passed away and left me her crystal ball. It was her most prized possesion. We were very close. Anyway, one night I had friends over and after a few drinks we pulled it out to see if we could see anything. I swear to a stack of Bibles I saw 2 people - a guy and girl - just looking about. My other friends couldn't see them but I swear I watched them for at least 20 minutes. Is there anything to this stuff?

No, I don't believe in the power of crystal balls. Like ESP and other psychic powers, nobody has ever provided any credible evidence for it.

See if you still think it works without drinking a lot first.  I have a hunch you won't see anything when you're sober.

well i would give my opinion...but when i read... 'after a few drinks' ... you just kinda answered it.

I do believe in spirits/ghosts/angels though.

crystal balls....maybe you could sell it on ebay, i've never seen it work, but it might.

I believe that crystal balls exist. I don't believe you can look into them and foretell the future.

You were probably seeing reflections in the flaws of the crystal. When my sister was about 8, I told her she could see into another world if she concentrated on this chrystal. Of course, I was just trying to get her to be quiet for a little while. She sat for hours and once in awhile emerged to describe the world she was seeing. Ahhh, the power of suggestion........

Plus the alcohol probably helped.
