Not at all, but even if you did there is no way to prove it. Occam's razor claims something to the effect that - the simplest answer is usually the correct one.

What makes more sense - some huge design for us all in a vast interconnected network of people and happenings? or nature acting randomly and humans making decisions on what is happening at the moment.

I have a friend who does believe we choose who/what/when/where/why/how before we are born. I think that's far fetched, but then, most any spiritual story or old myth are far fetched. We can't deny the coincidence in many things. I think it's possible, and I all paths are different. On the other hand, free will is much like an operating at random human creation(s).
