THIS IS baseless theory coz there is nothing common bw these three persons arrested by cbi ALSO CBI WAS Pressurised by CENTRAl govt by the SP party . U ever wonder why CBI given bail  by SUBMITTING 169 STATEMENT INSTEAD THEY SAID ITS UPTO COURT  THAT TELLS THE ACTUAL STORY now IF LATER DR. TALWAR S HAND FOUND CBI CANT BE BLAMED FOR HIS BAIL.

Talwar has fulfilled cbi currupt bureau of india's demand that why he has been released and given clean chit. krishna lawer is much right that police theory had base, they even had clues against him that why they dared to arrest talwar but when talwar's coonection high profile some one offered money to top official like SP, DIG, DGP they refused and been transferred with any cause.cbi rubbish of india. http://www.usedmachineryindia.com/aarush...

The Police and CBI now say they have no evidence to prove Dr Talwar is the murderer, what were they suspicious of in the first place anyway also, then what kind of evidence do they have to prove that Rajkumar and the others are involved and murdered Aarushi.  I would like to know, how come if it was the servants, did they come prepared with gloved hands to the house to rape the girl and then beat her and kill her, so did they with Hemraj, no finger prints, nothing, very very strange, even if the UP police goofed up with the finger prints, surely there has to be one or two prints still somewhere in that house.  What about the postmortem report, nothing about rape or bruises on her body, did they goof up too, or did the Talwars pay to keep their mouth shut.  Also now nobody is questioning about Aarushi's mobile phone, why is that missing.  This is all hogwash and all every politically involved.  Now they want to blame the media for telling the public the story.  The media did highlight certain issues, from what source they received it from, we are supposed to trust the police and CBI, and if thats what the police and CBI tell us we have to beleive that .  Then tomorrow the CBI changes the whole plot and then says the media cooked up these stories.  In this country anyone can get away with anything.  This is one of the worse, a father accused of murdering his own daughter.   What is the truth still nobody will ever know.  This case will go  into the history book as Aarushi was murdered by some Nepali servants.
