  1. yes i do bellieve they are pure evil but i havent had any experiences yet and DONT WANT TO!

  2. They work because the players subconsciously move them.

Tried it once and it was fun and scary but it didn't open up any portal to h**l or anything :-)

  3. Using a Ouija Board opens the door to a lot of paranormal things you might not want to experience!

  4. Yes and No. I have never trusted the that the other person or persons wasn't manipulating the planchette, however, I do believe in it enough to steer clear of them. Something creepy about them, think they could lead to trouble.

  5. The ouiji board has no power. It is the power of the intention of those who use it that causes the problems.

You can achieve the same results from a drum circle, a prayer circle or just a group of people hyper-focussed on one topic.

It happens all the time. It is the focus and intention of the human beings that bringsa about destructive or constructive forces.

    Good Luck.

  6. Do I believe in Ouija boards?  I believe it can be evil, and that if anything were to come from it, it would be an evil entity, nothing pure and good, now I am not sure who does the moving of that thing, probably the power of suggestion, the mind is a powerful thing, its created by God and He has created the universe so imagine how strong ones mind power can be, you can lead yourself to believe in just about anything.  now thats scarier than some old ouija board.... word to the wise, dont play with things you dont understand and never play with a ouija board, evil spirits, evil entities can not invite themselves in, only you can, playing with one can and does invite them in and once they're in, they're hard to get out...............  read a bible instead

  7. no way jose.

but i do believe in spirits and ghosts.

  8. I believe it can have a negative affect on those who use it

  9. Yes, stay away from them:(

  10. As a child, maybe when I was 14, I was extremely curious about them. I asked questions about my future that ended up coming true. Did I somehow subconsciously alter my life to what it told me? maybe, it is possible. I also believe it is evil. I believe Ouija Boards are evil. What is dead is dead, using a Ouija Board opens yourself up to what ever is out there.

  11. My first time was in college. We were playing it. It spelled the name of a guy I had a crush on..but spelled it differently ..the right way..from what I thought it was. I don't know if the other girl knew that or not. At the end it kept going back and forth from A to H....fast ..over and over.  We didn't know what it was saying..then we realized...it was laughing. It wasn't A...H...it was H...A...HA HA HA HA HA......

Then..another time it wouldn't play for us. We asked it why it wouldn't play. It said "Because you dropped me on the stairway". Nobody else knew that ..and I had forgotten about it.

These were "fun" times..but I think something "stuck around". Years later I was using one.A psychic told me not to use it..that someone could have put a spell on it. I told her I had one that I made. She said that one was ok. But, I don't think so . A LOT of spiritual ..paranormal things happened to me. They seemed good..but they turned out really bad.

I strongly advise you not to use one. A lot of other people have had bad experiences too.You might think you want a ghost living in your house..but I can tell you...once it happens..you'll regret it.

  12. I believe they exist, but so far all I've heard are ridiculous stories of how people spook themselves silly and then start imagining they're seeing shadow ghosts or bad things start happening to them. All they are experiencing is the power of suggestion. Of course there is the oft-repeated story of the Ouija board flying across the room, probably because in the dark it's hard to see your friend grabbing the board and flinging it. :)

These boards work off the ideomotor effect (see first link). It's just the players moving the planchette. If you blindfold the players so they can't see what they are doing, the board stops working (2nd link). Imagine that!
