Yes the possibilties are great. If you mean if they are here on earth there is no hard proof. But its probably impossible to get proof of them without there consent.

Depends on how you define "alien".

Is there other organisms that exist in the universe? Then I would say that given what we understand of the necessities for life and the vastness of the universe, it is quite probable.

If you mean intelligent life, with civilization akin to humans, then it is possible they've evolved that far.

If you mean intelligent creatures who've secretly visited earth, I would say given the lack of evidence of their existence (radio transmissions, etc) and theoretical improbability for technology for inter-solar travel, I would have to say no.
