Do you believe in aliens?

There has been a discovery of ice (water) which is bascially frozen water, do you believe this is enough evidence mars once harboured extraterrastial life?

Do I believe that there has been, or is, or will be life in other places in the universe?  Given the vastness of the universe and the number of objects in it, I think that there is a very good chance of it!

Having discovery ice or water on another planet is only a first step towards providing the building blocks to support life. Any life form is also going to need the proper atmosphere or air, sufficient sunlight to absorb energy, a food source and some type of shelter. At least...those are the building blocks for most life forms on Earth. Just having water alone is probably only sufficient for the most basic types of life forms such as bacteria, algea or simple plant life. That's MUCHHHH different than having the ingradients to support other life forms such as reptiles, mammals, birds, etc....

The fact that water was found does not indicate anything about whether life exists, or existed, on Mars.  Water (or ice, or steam, depending on temperature) could exist on any planet.  Water is necessary for most life on earth, but we don't know if it's necessary in general.  Also, we don't know how life started here, so there could be a planet almost identical to the earth (in another solar system) with no life at all.  Conditions on the planets in our solar system, even Mars, are so different from here that life similar to the kinds on earth is very unlikely.
