I long to be near you

not here

as you endure your pain

alone

astral projection seems

bizarre

I squeeze my eyes and try

why can't

love's arms stretch far enough

to reach

enfolding us so we're

both one

who needs a loving touch

and one

whose ache to touch is more?

That IS beautiful...........many times I have longed to be near those in need. I may not be able to reach with my arms, only my heart.
