  1. No I don't believe in ghosts.Check into ghosts with an open mind.Remember, believe none of what you hear and half you see. You'll see how silly the whole idea is.

  2. When I lived at my old house, I experienced some odd stuff.

A doll flew off the shelf, and it was not on the edge, it was pretty far back.

I also used to hear weird banging noises in the walls during the day coming from the bathroom attached to my old bedroom. It was like someone was banging on the walls, but from the inside, because when I would go in, no one was there.

But I don't believe in ghosts now.

  3. Yes I have on many occasions.  There is one that has bothered me for a long time,  I was awoke by something choking me.  My husband was beside me so I know it wasn't him.

  4. Yes I do.

  5. Here's my answer to your question and to another question that was opened on the floor:

    "Do you believe in ghosts?"

I believe in something that is paranormal/supernatural.  I have had experiences that were definatly not...human?

    And the second question:

"That brings up a discussion point -- why, if something mysterious happens and no natural explanations can be thought of at the time, people blame ghosts or the paranormal? "

Well, my reply to this is, I think for most people, "ghost" is just a generic term for something that is not normal for them.  As far as paranormal goes, well, basically anything that isn't normal  is considered to be paranormal.  Therefore, many things can be considered "paranormal".  The definition of "paranormal" is: "not scientifically explainable" or "supernatural."  And the definition of "supernatural" is : " 1: of or relating to an order of existence beyond the visible observable universe; especially : of or relating to God or a god, demigod, spirit, or devil

2 a: departing from what is usual or normal especially so as to appear to transcend the laws of nature b: attributed to an invisible agent (as a ghost or spirit)."

So, you see the terms  "ghost",  "paranormal" and "supernatural"  all amount to about the same thing.  Besides that, not all of us are educated in the fields of "paranormal" and "supernatural" occurances, so we may possibly just use those terms for lack of a better word.

  6. h**l yeah!!!! hey after you've had an invisible person climb into your bed just as you fall asleep you'll believe too!!! i've had alot of times when i've witnessed it. just keep your eyes open!

  7. no i dont, and as long as you dont put your mind in it, ghost doesn't exist.

  8. My family members and friends had quiet a few experiences in the house I grew up in.

So being naturally curious, I became an investigator.

I go into an investigation with the intent to debunk; to find the source of the drafts and bumps in the night.

Sometimes we find things that are rigged.

Or we've set up hidden cameras and have watched the residents or their kids behind the "paranormal" activity.

But while we were investigating an older home, a human form showed up on the thermal imaging camera, yet no one was there.

We tried to recreate the same circumstances......

    * we debunked it was caused by our shadows

    * we debunked our shadows reflecting from the painted walls

    * we debunked any headlights being the source

So maybe when we do see a "ghost" we are witnessing a worm hole in time and space.

And it would be interesting to know how ghosts view us..........

Do we look like glowing misty blobs?

    Do we look like shadows?

Are we invisible and they only hear our footsteps and not our voices?

  9. No

  10. Yes..but  my stories aren't as interesting as "nees"s and "bj"s..I really enjoyed them and they give me hope. Thanks for giving them the chance to tell them.

OK..one time my son was lifted off his bed. I had to push him back down. (Found out later a psychic had lived there before I moved in.)

  11. I know more than believe in ghosts. I now they exist because I have seen them and heard them.

  12. No I don't. I've experienced mysterious things from time to time too but I don't blame ghosts for that.

That brings up a discussion point -- why, if something mysterious happens and no natural explanations can be thought of at the time, people blame ghosts or the paranormal?  There's a huge gap of logic in there. Even a paranormal investigator who answered here says her team attributes the unexplained to the paranormal. If something is unexplained, then that only means that you haven't discovered the cause for it. It doesn't mean the cause is paranormal.

Paranormal investigation teams would really benefit from having a real skeptic on their team. What I mean by "real skeptic" is not simply a naysayer but someone who does not believe in the paranormal and who is an experienced scientific investigator.  I doubt many paranormal investigation teams would do that though, since a real scientist on the team would blow the whole spooky mood.

  13. maybe it was something else that looks like a ghost, ghosts do no exist

  14. I absolutely believe. I have no choice. No matter where I have lived there have been things that I couldn't explain. 2 years ago, while helping an Aunt wrap Christmas presents, I began talking to her. I mentioned the blouse that she had changed into and how that color complimented her features. I excused myself to refill my coffee only to find my Aunt sitting at the kitchen table. NOT wearing the blouse that I had just seen her in. She smiled at me and told me that I was talking to her mother and showed me a picture of her mother in a very similar blouse of the same color. Turns out it was her favorite. My Aunt was glad that someone other than herself had seen her mother.

  15. Yes I believe in ghosts.  Reason is for all of the encounters my wife and I have had.  To check out some of the evidence that we have collected please go to our website

    www.ourhauntedtravels.com

You can choose to believe or not.  All of the evidence collected is real and has not been faked.  Am I a believer?  You bet I am

  16. I've had many encounters, starting as a child.  I firmly believe they exist.  I've gotten EVP's (electronic voice phenomena), videos of unexplained mists, temperature readings that show drops in temperatures, etc.  When my group does an investigation, we go in skeptical.  If we can find no logical or physical reason for whatever is going on, then we consider it paranormal, and go from there.

  17. Yes.

    Yes.

  18. All I can say is I was getting ready to go see my mother in the hospital, my three year old son was in the bath tub. He was my mothers pride and joy. Anyway, all the sudden he starts yelling "Mom, Mom, Grandmas here" I knew this was not possible because she was in the hospital dying of breast cancer. So I just asked him "where?" He then replied "She just walked past you into the bedroom. Don't you see her?"  I didn't. I continued to get ready and then left for the hospital to go see my mom. I walked in to the room where my brother was waiting for me. He proceeded to tell me that my mother had passed away about 45 minutes prior to me arriving. That was the exact time my son was seeing my mom. Now you ask, do I believe in Ghosts? Heck yea!

  19. No but i believe in them still

  20. Sometimes.

  21. YES! I just need to keep up the faith, now- keep the line of communication open. (Why are ghosts looked at as bad?)

  22. yess i do blve.....but all the ghosts r not bad sum are good n sum are bad....like us

  23. there's so many other things besides ghosts they are real i guess everybody is going to find out one day or another

  24. I was a Total Disbeliever...until I had an Experience with the Paranormal that happened right in front of me in February of 1980.

After I couldn't get a straight answer, I decided to become a Paranormal Examiner, seeking the Truth (having already been a Criminal Investigator, I felt... with good reason that I was able to be Objective and deal with Evidence Only) about Paranormal Activity.

It's been my Experience over the last 28 years that there are Occurrences that we can't explain away...but the prevalence of "ghosts" is not as much as some people claim there is.

I am able to Rationally and Logically Explain (i.e.: "de-bunk") about 80% of the reported Paranormal Activity that we Examine. But there's about 20% that withstands Scrutiny from several methods...and cannot be "explained-away".

We enter an Examination from a Skeptic's point of view...we're there to Disprove the existence of the Activity.

But, I've actually "caught" entities on Video, with Audio, Temperature Variation monitoring and Verification (Video recording and Thermal), and Electromagnetic Field Fluctuations verified by Video recording

So, "ghosts" Do Exist, regardless of what some skeptics may say.  You can show them all of the Proof in the world, but they still will be skeptical.  That's their Choice.

All I am my Teams want to do is find the Truth, and Only the Truth, about reported Paranormal Activity.
