Do you believe in karma and superstision?

Do you believe in stuff like walking under a ladder is bad luck and smashing mirrors etc..?

I believe in "what comes around goes around" and "everything happens for a reason" and karma.

Supersition is more complicated because bad things happen all the time however little they may be and you may believe that it happened because you smashed a mirror or something or you may believe that it wasn't and things like this happen all the time. As i've grown up I now think that superstition is nothing but sort of fairytales older generations have made up because they were bored and probs started believing it them selvs.

I believe in karma, but not superstition. The best way to explain why, is that it's not realistic, why should something bad happen just because you walked under a ladder? But karma ia realistic to me, we sow what we reap. If were nasty, people will be nasty back. Hope this helps. :)

Karma and Superstition are entirely to different things.

Karma is a sanskrit word for destiny. In Buddhism karma is the result of thoughts and acts. Your Karma may depend on your thoughts as well as any others thoughts. (ie. present karma of Iraqi people were result of Bush and Blair's thoughts few years back)

Superstitions are beliefs developed over years and differs from culture to culture.
