okay so i was in the ocean body surfing with my friend yesterday and she was on shore when this guy was asking me how the waves were that day and i didnt even bother looking at him before answering. so of course when i looked up it was this really good looking dark skinned, almost indian boy about my age maybe a little older and although he wasnt what i usually went for and we only said three words to each other, for some reason i felt an instant bond with him and i cant get him out of my head at all. it almost seems to me like a love at first sight kind of reaction. Am i weird to think that or can that happen to people?

No i don't believe in love at first sight.as we cant read his or her mind from our first meeting so we should take some time to know each other well.

you say you liked this guy because of his looks,skin etc but these things are not enough to start a new relationship .New relationship needs understanding between two opposite s*x.So i suggest you to know him well first and if you think he is the right person for you then start moving closely.. good luck..

Well, I do believe in infatuation at first sight. Love is too deep and sensitive to be decided at the first sight. You found him attracted and can't stop thinking about him, so you can give him some signals like smile back when you meet him next. Maybe try flirting a bit to know how he likes you and take it fwd accordingly.

love at first sight is impulsive and reckless, i got my a ss kicked by this girls boyfriend cause i though i was in love at the first look at this girl. We started talking and ended up going to her place and guess who was there? ya i got a broken nose and shattered eye socket. Long story short, be careful of what those hormones are telling you to do, they might just get your *** kicked.
