Do you believe in the united states justice system?

Question

I've heard of numourous cases where people haven't been given a fair trial, prejudice mostly against african amaricans, and wrongful convictions because people in the justice system didn't do there jobs, like police officers... Now my question is do you think we as Americans have a fair justice system? Honest opinions...

The legal system is so overwhelmed that I cannot believe in it.  Too many criminals are being released early due to overcrowding or not being convicted at all due to some minor legal loophole.   I do not however agree with the rumors you have heard.  Always great hearing people shouting out what they have heard but have no facts to back it up.

h**l NO. Money = power, and if ya got money, you go free. seems that way. our system is ****** up major. however, it is still better than most.

Its not perfect, but it is what we have, and i think  considering the legal system in other coutries, it is still one of the best in the world,  

So , that said,  without illusions, i still have faith in our system,   it has many problems,a nd it is not perfect,   but for the most part it does the best job it can,

I think our justice system has a lot to do with money and power. I also think that its dumb that drug dealers should get longer (or equal) punishments than a child molester, rapist & murderer. No i dont believe in our justice system.

It may not be "perfect" and there are certainly many examples of when the system failed, but it is still the best system in the world.  If you doubt this statement take the time to do your homework and then come back to us with your findings.  By far the single greatest benefit to our system is that the accused is considered innocent until proven guilty.  Even most civilized countries outside the US don't have that standard.

The U.S. judicial system is nothing but a government sponsored extortion ring.

There is no such thing as a fair trial unless you can afford to pay for it.
