Both can be described as s*x for money and both have been known to cause psychological problems for those involved. We all know why the one is legal too... it is an essential part of our economy

  1. your right if prostituion is illegal so should p**n. but p**n and prostitute are sortv'e connected but your right

  2. Pornography dismisses what is most important and vital between a man and a woman: love, honor, and the whole being so much greater than the parts.

    Both should be illegal.

  3. I believe that prostitution should be legal.

In countries where it is legal there are no major problems with crime related to the business.

Prostitution was legal until most states and cities started banning it around the time of World War l.

Just like the war on drugs, if the country could  make a few small changes we could save millions or billions of tax dollars each year, reduce the crime rate, and relieve social pressure on a large portion of society.

  4. The two are completely different. What makes prostitution illegal is the act of solicitation for s*x. Pornography does not involve any solicitation.

Also, many communities have tried to ban pornography, but the courts have determined it is protected un the First Amendment. Prostitution is not.

  5. We do have some crazy, crazy laws!

s*x on camera for money -- legal.

s*x not on camera for money -- illegal.

  6. Marriage is also prostitution in a sense and  is state-sanctioned.

  7. Pornography is LEGAL. Pedo-p**n isn't. Prostitution is LEGAL [in some states]. Psychological problems maybe, but no one is FORCING you to lye on your back are they?
