Do you believe swimming is challenging or too easy?

Well it depends, if your just swimming for fun and not really trying then it is easy. But if you are like me and you are a competitive swimmer then swimming is challenging because you have hard workouts twice a day for 2 1/2 hours each. It really all matters on what you are doing.

Challenging for a competitive swimmer like myself because I'm a girl and I'm only 13 and I swim 8 two hour practices per week 5 of which start at 7 a.m. it's a lot of hard work and your constantly being pushed to do better. You have to build up muscle you have to practice not breathing and sprinting and kicking. It's definately a challenge.

It is very challenging.  i have asthma and it is very hard but it really improves your overall fitness and it made my asthma decrease

For me it is challenging... for starters I sink like a rock & I can swim on the surface, but my asthma makes it tough

I think swimming is a challenge sometimes, but mostly i think its depends on your strength to see if your body can handle the workouts.

Learning to swim is challenging and, if not taken to competitve level, it is a good aerobic exercise. Taken to competitve level must be very challenging.

Halle Berry swims everyday and is in great shape so swimming is a real challenge especially competitive swimming my friend gets up every day at three to get to swim practice at 4:30. hope that answers ur question

depends...if you competitive swim it can be a challenge. but if its just for excersice is could be too easy...depends on how you look at it really...

It is very challenging.  It takes the whole body working together to do it right.  It takes breathing discipline to bring it all together.
