Have aliens actually visited Earth?

I heard some theories on CNN the other night. One said that aliens were actually humans from the future traveling back in time for some reason. Another said that the aliens in the UFOs were humans, but that they came from our original homeworld. In this theory, humans come from another star system, and were "transplanted" here millions of years ago.

In any case, my simple question is: Have aliens ever visited the Earth?

  1. No they haven't visited.

    Yes they do exist. Just as we do to them.

  2. Few people on Earth can definitively answer your question.

    Most mainstream scientists think this generally unlikely.  The energy and effort to travel vast interstellar distances is enormous - you'd have to have a really good reason and be very motivated.  Though - if the motivation was to identify a world to eventually colonize - it might be worth the trip.  We would certainly consider colonizing worlds we might find in space capable of supporting life.

    My own view is uncertain.  I do believe almost completely in alien life in the universe and our galaxy (though this can be microorganisms).

    I suspect intelligent technologically competent life does very sporadically evolve and survive for a long period.

    Personally - I think the government has evidence of 'real phenomenon' that defies explanation by conventional means.  That said - I don't believe they have definitive proof of intelligent alien visitations on Earth, nor are they in communication with them.  But they are hiding something!

  3. Google/youtube:

    "Project bluebeam"

  4. "Belief" is not scientific.

    What someone believes doesn't necessarily reflect reality or truth.

    Since there is no scientific evidence of UFOs or aliens, then whether I believe in them or not really doesn't matter.

    What you saw on CNN wasn't news - it was pure speculation.

    And you did at least use the phrase "in this theory" - a theory is just a thought until there is some evidence to support it.

    Until there is some proof or evidence that is verified by independant researchers unaffiliated with the original theorist, its all just speculation.

    "Aliens" could be timetravelling humans, could be super-humans that "seeded" the Earth millions of years ago, could be aliens that migrated to Earth and then mutated into humans, could be "zoo keepers" and we are just an interstellar zoo, could be humans from our 'original homeworld', could be something else.

    Every one of these (and other) ideas has been the topic of a movie or a novel (in some cases, many of each).

    Your simple question "Have aliens ever visited the Earth?" has a simple answer - we don't know.

  5. Aliens

    There are probably 10 to the 40th power stars in the notionally visible Universe.  Even if only one in a billion stars has a planet like Earth there would be thousands of billions of Earth like planets.  It could be a smaller number or it could be bigger.

    The chances are that if there is life on any of these Earth-like planets, it is only the local equivalent of bacteria.  For most of the history of life on Earth, the only life was single celled or casual associations of cells that could and did live independently.

    Even if there were multi-celled animals, they might only be as smart as fish, dogs or monkeys, or not even that smart.  For most of the history of multicellular life on Earth, no animal was any smarter.

    If there are intelligent beings, there is no guarantee that they have advanced as far as humans had 200 or 500 years ago.  For most of the history of humans on Earth, technology and science etc. had not got even that far.

    So the chances of there being a space-faring civilisation anywhere else in the Universe seem pretty small.  There might be a hundred, there might be a million.  Even if there were a hundred million, these are not enough for one per galaxy.

    So the chances of there being any other space-faring civilisation within tens of thousands of light years seem rather small.

    Since the speed of light seems to be an absolute limit for objects with mass, crossing the likely distances between one civilisation and another could take half a million years if not more.  That is likely to make most aliens and humans reluctant to boldly go - - -.   So the chances that any extraterrestrial aliens have visited this planet appear to be miniscule.

    Historical records of major events are pretty good for some parts of the Earth over the previous 2,500 or more years.  There is no record or indication of aliens visiting Thebes, Memphis, Babylon, Sumer, Ur, Athens, Troy, Rome, Paris, Delhi, London, Beijing, Shanghai, or any other large city or town.

    Aliens as an explanation for any unidentified flying objects are the least probable one that does not involve outright magic, superstition and fantasy.

    And that is why I don't believe that extraterrestrial aliens have ever visited the Earth.

  6. nope.  they are out there, but never call.

  7. The answer is yes.

    The reason for this answer:

    No definte undisputed evidence is yet in the public domain BUT there are massive problems with orthodox history/science/politics/military censorship that all go to support the simple accounts of straightforward people that suggest yes aliens exist and have walked this earth. The problems are as follows:

    1.the classic theory of evolution is clearly wrong. human beings are too different to chimpanzees (esp.re throat) to have 'evolved' in the time period given by science; 'human' designed artifacts have been dug up from millions of years ago;

    2.classic theory of science,history,anthropology does not explain how plants and animals became domesticated;

    3.most of the bizarre elements of the bible (old testament); hindu bible (rig vedas); old legends from sumer, maya, egypt have too many similarities (esp.flood myth) AND the FIRST source of writing and language IS TOO SIMILAR to be coincidence;

    4.think about it obviously there is something going on. People on the whole do not just make things up...is something smells fishy then it normally is...who has a reason to lie...a little old lady driving home from church...a mother with her children in the car...a rancher just going about his business sometime after the war in New Mexico...a young airforce pilot flying out to Germany in WWII who is just worrying about surviving-all these type of people have made reports of UFOs - trust them they are just like you and I. On a final note though trust your government they are working to protect you and they have reasons, good reasons for every decision they take. The fact is we are in this together.

  8. I Think That It Is Us Humans In The Future

  9. Roswell, New Mexico, in July 1947. A local rancher found what was suspected to be the wreckage of a crashed alien spaceship on his property. The government quickly got involved and covered it up by saying it was a weather balloon, I don't buy it. The government got WAY too involved in the incident for it to have been a weather balloon. From the research I've done on it, there was just too much secrecy and conspiracy for my taste in the matter for it to not have been something of the sort.
