Do you believe that ESP or the "sixth sense" exist?

ESP, or extra-sensory perception: do you believe that there are some people that possess them? Do you believe that people with the sixth sense existed?

It's just some sense that we don't understand. Animals seem to have a better sense of  it, but humans have it too. Just too much "noise" and skepticism in human life to notice it sometimes.

Have had it happen off and on over the years. 99% of the time not anything that mattered. It's just an odd thing that happens, but nothing magical.

It's outright *psychics* that I don't beleive in. ESP can't be forced or controled, it just comes on a whim. Psychics on the other hand suggest they have a magic power that they can use at will.

Yes and Yes. They still exist today. I was born with a sixth sense and i use it to help people all the time.............Also it has been passed down for at least six generations in my family.

Sony was running tests in japan to see if esp existed for who knows what but it was shut down. but surprising everyone the director in an official announcement said that experimentally esp exists

Yes I believe.  I think certain objects, places, and people have particular feelings or emotions attached to them. Possibly objects that experience extreme emotions like hate, panic, fear, excitement, joy, etc. Or maybe they are just easier to detect and read. Either way, I think there are some dormant skills within human limits that we occasionally manage to tap in to.

Try this out; I did. Get a USED deck of cards, one that has been used frequently in poker. With the deck face DOWN, pick up cards one at a time and try to 'feel' the card. Then try to guess what the card is. Higher ranking cards like Ace, King, Queen, Jack, and 10 will have higher (or atleast more excited) emotions attached to them than lets say 3s, 4s, and 5s. You'll notice you will be able to sense the difference between low, middle, and high ranking cards and determine their value to a limited range.

I'd like to believe but I just can't. It never works for me. People I know who think they have this ability just seem kinda flaky. It's disappointing.

Oh yeah you mean like a medium. Yes I do believe that people can have a connection with the dead or diciest. I believe that people can sense and communicate with spirits. My brother says that I have that ability because I told him how I kept sensing this bad presence and how I felt this presence watching us from my room. You never know. But when you do sense things feel thinks or whatever you want to call it, it is scary.

I believe there is no evidence (much less reason) supporting the existence of ESP.  All instances of ESP can be explained by coincidence, lucky guessing, etc.

Yes it's true for many people.

It happens to me on and off, I have visions of whats about to happen or I go by the way I feel. When I feel funny, I prepare for the danger by doing what I feel I know what to do, intuition.

If I don't see the spirits, I can usually feel their presence, and they all feel different since they all have their own signatures. I can feel their thoughts when they come near, sometimes it happens with people as well. All these things seem to happen on their own, I don't try. I even done things I never thought were possible, like I had an OBE and basically threw out a bad spirit that came to harass.

I suppose if these things never happened to me, I too perhaps wouldn't believe that someone could do these things. I even felt God's presence intervene to me eleven years ago, and He spoke to me telepathically.

I do believe it exists, it's something that just comes naturally to certain people. You wonder how all those religions and cultures have come together, and there's like no way everything could be made up. Maybe some of it is, and maybe some of it isn't.

It is true that animals have better senses than humans. For example, like how dogs can start to feel uneasy or bark before an earthquake. That is a sixth sense. We all have sixth senses, but most of us don't realize that because that's just how we lived to get used to. Over the generations when religion started to slow, people began to not believe in these things, and I find that fair though, it's not their fault that they don't know or believe they don't have a sxith sense.

But every once in a while, I think that there will be some that are going to be given the sixth sense naturally, like the people who answered before. I for one can't feel the prescenses of spirits or anything, but I can feel the emotions of people and tell at first glance most of their personality.

And for the other people who think this is dumb and that they're just wanting attention. Maybe that's true. And maybe it's NOT. Maybe they do have those abilities, and that you're just jealous or just think that it's all ridiculous. But if you really think about it, this can make as much sense as anything else in this world.

So summing it all up again... I believe in sixth senses ^_^

Of course. There are key undetectable points in time in which we use more than ten percent of our brain... which is often why such things scare or distress people... it's like making your heart go faster for a moment. It's deja vu.... It's twins connection and magnetized persona. It's enabled and charged passion. It's emotional o****m.
