i think they'll qualify. They have a new coach (a successful italian one mind u) so i think there's a good chance he will whip them back into shape.  I'd feel really bad for england fans if they had to see a world cup without their team (as if not being in euro wasnt bad enough)...i dont think that will be the case though. I think they'll qualify...how far into the tournament they'll go is another story.
