Yes, if you believe in God it is based on your personal faith. That faith comes from a logical deduction and the use of reason when we read the bible and other sacred texts by the early scholars of the Christian church. No one can force you to believe in God.

So you need to use your common sense when it somes to your belief in God. The proof is all around you in the form of his Creation. You might not think so because of the damage that man has done to some of Gods' creation but it is truely magnificant.

Not at all.It would be great if there really was a god that cares for us and has a place for us to go when we die.The problem is,god(s) are running out of places to hide.gods and demons used to be the simple explanation for things we didn't yet know.Man hits object with hammer.Gets a spark.Therefore,there must be a giant god man(thor) in the sky making sparks(lightening) with his hammer.These types of analogies still persist today.But they are really just bad arguments from ignorance.Even the more sophisticated arguments have failed.I still love life either way.

There's no proof that god is real, I mean sure the bible says this and that and so does church, etc, etc. I personally believe he isn't real, when he knocks on my door and says start believing, then I will, until then, I feel I have every right not too.

And personally, religion is what is causing war right now so I personally choose not to have a religion or grow up in that kind of envirorment, I have beliefs, I have rigihts, I have direction in life but I feel religion is wrong, its nice for the people who have them, maybe they feel it gives them some direction in life because they can't figure out life themselves, but I'm not going to get shot or bombed just because of a religion, its stupidity, its nonsense, its brainwashing, that's personally what I believe, like me or hate me for it, I don't really care, I'm not going to put my life on the line for something that is so ridiculous.

I would die for my animals, my dad, my boyfriend, a lot of things, but religion wouldn't be one of them.

Edit: Jackie seriously though what's a thumbs down from some young girls who have no direction in life? I wouldn't take offense to it, its like wow someone clicked a mouse...HUGE talent in that.

But that's true, no one is smart enough to open their eyes understand that people are going over to Iraq for nothing...Its not saving the United States, its killing a lot of the husbands and fathers in the United States though.

This one is dumb but whenever I'm lookin for something like my glasses I pray and then I find it.

One of my friends dad had a leg that was shorter than the other. She took him to a prayer meeting and they prayed for it to grow and it did right in front of them.

Same friend has seen demons come out of people. So have I.

The bible is real.

Every day it sets in the West. The stars are all in order and aligned.

Life has NOT died out, YET no matter how hard we try it's as though what HE said was true, that in the end unless he steps in we will all kill ourselves..

global warming, food contamination, people acting more violently and "posessed" almost. Unprecented Greed, unprececented Powers that be (name it religion, politics, big business) So corrupt..

It's all what was written almost 6 thousand years ago. Exactly.

I feel an urgency in the air that says his standing back and watching how we conduct ourselves is soon to come to a halt. A true urgency.

I believe he is real, that he started life on this planet, he is light and all light comes from him, that he gives free will and people take it without abandon then they go on to deny that the most beautiful and natural things are the best AND CAME FROM HIM.

The freeest things are the best, the fresh fruits and vegetables from the ground, the cleanest water before we polluted it, the SUN the glorious sun. The flowers, the tastes and smells, colors and sounds of music, the natural sounds of music.

All things we try to copy and fail at miserably..  Like flying, shoot the birds are so graceful and beautiful and hard working, we try that with a plane and gas in the air, and we did ok sort of... But look at the pollution and ......

And the art we make is all about copying what was created. We can ONLY copy things. In art we recreate what he created to begin with, using substances we can't touch or recreate. We do it with ink (colors he created) paint, (resources he created)... All we can do is try to recreate it.

I believe he made it all perfect, then gave us instructions on how to live here in peace and free will and stood back and said. OK...

Do I believe he is real? YES I sure do. Without hesitation.

He was the original, we are the copies. We are NOTHING without HIM.

If there were no HIM there would be no us.

If there were no light or heat from the sun  HE gave the power to there would be no us. WE can't get near the sun. But he created it with just a touch of his power.

If there was no will of his that we be here, we just wouldn't.

We are so small compared. He is more real than we are.

Say you MADE or bought a computer, you were the creator.

What would happen if there were no YOU.

Would that computer ever run?

NOPE you can't make the creation work without the creator.

Simple as that, and the sun and our brains and the universe aren't simple as a little computer.

No computer can EVER match a brain.

I'm undecided.  I do feel that he exists, but I don't believe in the Bible.  If God were real, he would not want us to base our lifestyles around a book that a bunch of men wrote in an attempt to control the Catholic Church.

& to people who say there is proof of God, no, there isn't.  The proof mentioned are all forms of opinion.  

But yes, I guess you could say I believe in God.
