  1. No it wouldn't.

However, it would create new commercial opportunities here, and new jobs, which if you pay the slightest attention to the news is obviously something America could use.

It would also keep billions of American dollars from flowing into the hands of international gangster organizations currently controlling the illegal trade.

And it would save US cops a lot of money and resources, which they could use to deal with crimes like murder, rape and robbery.

And of course it could be taxed to help support local government.

There's no good reason to keep it illegal.

  2. No.  Even if the U.S. economy needed 'saving'.

  3. I suport legalizatin but unless it can be used as a fuel it wont save the economy. Bur eliminated the costs imprioning potheads and the tax revenue from hemp could help somewhat

i believe that some combination of ethanol, methane, hydrogen, solar, wind, or to be discovered energy will be free if we geat a govr not controled by big oil that seriously looks into it

  4. Probably.

It will bring in new revenue if organic drugs are legalized and taxed instead of investigated against, on top of ALL the saved tax dollars that are wasted investigating pot heads and imprisoning them....
