  1. No Joe, but this is a very common misconception. Man did 'invent' the word Justice of course but the concept definately exists in the world around us - in the sence that when things are as they should be, when they are correct, right, etc - this is just.

When a lion stalks and kills a little deer, this is as it should be, it is right, it is just. When an apple falls to the ground, this is right too. Man (when being rational) can recognise this and calls it Justice...

Justice is not about 'nice' or lovely etc - it applies when anything is acting in accordance with it's nature. Rember it is unjust to use force in any human relationship - and even though some people are in dire straights, poor, lonely, destitute, sick etc, it is unjust for anyone (including a government) to force people to fix it. A government is supposed to protect your rights, not violate them on behalf of a majority or a little sick child in another country etc.....

  2. Human beings have an inborn desire for justice.   Justice is an archetype.  Human beings have devised different means for attaining their ideas of justice.

  3. ...yes, man made rules and laws to govern man...

  4. Justice is a creation of God, from the beginning of time  and so is uncommon  favor. But God wants mercy from us, and most of all compassion, as well as understanding; in order to have some understanding there must be some form of wisdom. Read the Bible starting at Genises to Revelation.

  5. Yes; started probably by the people who practice elitism.

Perhaps Social Contract was Created because of that

And as time comes, People have develop their own sense of justice and the reason why norms and morals are changing.

Pre-marital s*x and Homosexuality are once considered taboo; but then things change and people start to warm up on it, Until it became a social norm where most are fine with and probably the next step is that Laws about those issues will be implemented stating that it is "legal"

  6. Yes I do. Why? It'll take a long time to explain. But when man sees unfair, man gets involved.
