  1. No.

  2. We do have magical powers... it's call rational thought or the ability to reason.

  3. No.  But I think that there are natural abilities that are not very well developed yet in the general population.

As Reiki chick points out, some of these abilities take dedicated practice.

Sometimes unusual events occur spontaneously, like in a premonition or a paranormal event when a loved one dies.

The one having the experience is not causing it to happen.

A couple of hundred years ago, someone demonstrating the the principles of electricity would have been considered practicing magic.   So some "magic" is just technology that is not yet understood.

  4. They can seem to.Over people who believe in magic or are superstitious. Those of us who know its nonsense. Are immune to magical powers.

  5. We all have the power to believe in ourselves and others, and that in itself, can be magical. 8D

  6. Of course. I would consider myself to have magical powers. When I f**t everyone disappears from the room. I learned that early on in life.

  7. It depends on how you define magical powers.

Its amazing what the human body can do, and what the mind can do if a person is focused and practiced enough.

For example, there are monks who can consciously slow their heartbeat down, and mentally control pain to the level that they don't need anaesthetics or pain killers when having surgery. I think that's pretty magical.

But in truth anyone could learn those skills if they are willing to work hard enough at it. - most people aren't willing to work that hard.

  8. No sorry Choloe people can't have magical powers, although it would be way cool if we could.

  9. They can. Have you ever heard of witches?

  10. 'Any technology, sufficiently advanced, is indistinguishable from magic'.  That said, I've witnessed remarkable things that to me are magical, but I merely need the patience to figure out "how'd they do that?"

I don't believe in fantasy magic, no.

  11. I do have magical powers. I can read minds.

    You're thinking that I can't read minds!
