Do you believe that animals eyes tell us so much??

I think that they do. When our darling dog, Lucy, was ill I was trying to nurse her as well as I could because I knew she wouldn't last very long. Just looking at her eyes I could tell she was in a way pleading me to help her.

How many of you guys agree that their eyes alone can tell us so much?

i think they do 100%.  when they are in trouble, pain, depressed.  their eyes speck to us like ours to to others.

definately I was trying to tame a wild horse and it was fighting me for 3 days then all of a sudden it just stopped and kind of submitted to me, I was not being cruel at all just trying to get it to understand i ment no harm. It looked me in the eye and said ok I trust you all in a split second . It was one of the most moving moments of my life, I will treasure it till the day i die. and i will keep that horse till the day it dies x

yes the eyes are a window to the soul, dogs may not be able to talk but they can say so much with their eyes, when our dog had cancer she fought as hard as she could, we had already said that we would have her put to sleep after christmas but on the 20th of december the look in her eyes told us she had fought as long as she could so we did the right thing that day and you hit the nail on the head one look said mum i can't fight any more, the sparkle had left her, and all we saw was pain, so yes the eye say it all.
