Yes, they are on certain people.

Sometimes people get braces and it becomes harder to brush, so their teeth turn yellow, though.

Some people. Like people around 16. Girls. But if they are fat, (no offense) then no.

It depends. If you knew them before braces, and their teeth were very bad, then yes they would look more attractive with them. But if you were just meeting them with braces already on, then they might not look as attractive.
