Do you believe that early dawn dreams have opposite meanings?

My grandfather was sick and his body was paralyzed. And I have an early dawn dreams about him. In my dream, I saw my grandfather walking on the street, smiling at me. I was very happy because he was really very ok. When I woke up, I still remember all the details of my dreams. I really thought it was true because in my dream it was seems to be real. After a couple of months my grandfather died.

Memories of dreams deteriorate after time - it's difficult to remember dreams, because they're wierd.  I wouldn't expect 'Early Dawn' dreams to have any more significance than dreams at any other time, primarily becuase most of the dreams we remember are 'Early Dawn' dreams.

I have some pretty funky early dawn dreams so I hope they don't have any meaning at all.

Sorry to know that. But i dont think there would be anything called opposite or reverse meaning i guess. It may have been a co incidence. Dreams portray what u have at the back of ur mind. I am sure u loved him a lot and wanted to see him healthy and fine but its God's decision.
