Yes, I suppose so ! In order to have a great nation, one of prerequisites certainly is healthy community ! How to develop one is a different question though...I think self imposed discipline is a No.1 decisive factor for the healthy community...We have number of religious beliefs and political systems and all of them had been widely abused by the reckless people to gain power over masses...On the other hand we know, it's us, who can built better society and everyone can contribute in his ( her ) own humble way !
