If they leave the site open they should still maintain it. i think it is bad costumer care that The 360 team is no longer fixing glitches or dealing with the problems. It is a bad representation on Yahoo! employee's and the glitches on 360 should be fixed even if they are transitioning to a new site.

  1. Yes, it is HORRIBLE customer "care" of them to leave us in the dust with issues on THEIR site! As long as they own the site and they leave the site open, they should fix the problems! They have NO credibility, especially since they said that the "new site" would be ready in January 2008-- 6 MONTHS AGO! Now they're saying late 2008/early 2009...

But I HAVE found that if I griped enough my problem was fixed. I had a big issue on my page where I couldn't see any comments or pictures or blogs, and I sent them a message that it wasn't working. After getting a form letter back saying "sorry, we aren't fixing problems" I sent them another email with a "choice word" in it and again got the form letter back, so I sent a third email that said something along the lines of "Hey, it's your problem on your site and I'm a longtime customer, so you need to fix my page NOW!". The next morning my page worked perfectly.
