i think so, love on oneself and love from other people. if only we show to one another how much we care to one another the world would be better place.

Love has healed me in a way that nothing else could have...not even drugs, or shopping...love is the best pain killer!

It is not the only solution but it is a really good one.

Apathy can also end the pain. It does not give you any good feelings but it does give you no pain.

As for love being all encompassing I prefer the term connective. it is th glue that holds the universe together, each one to one another.It is pervasive.

But love also causes pain.  I think that love always helps, but it also causes pain as well.
