Only if you live in Florida! I lived there for ten years and had 5 fender-benders, none my fault. I drove red cars in Indiana for over 25 years with no accidents. They say when people get older, like in Florida, it is harder for them to see the color red. I believe it!  LOL!

i own a body shop and fix far less red cars, but they do attract more attention from cops so you won't get away with much. i had a red '73 Camaro and a green '68 Impala. both very fast and i street raced both. got 20 points on my license in the Camaro and none in the Impala.
