No.

Humans can't even breed with chimpanzees or bonobos, which diverged with our species 4 to 6 million years ago.  The chances that aliens could do it is absurd.

Before we had alien abduction stories, we had very similar stories that revolved around witches.

That was absurd too.  There are perfectly reasonable stories that explain these reports.

Basically it says that it happened in our past - that humans naturally develop on worlds like the Earth - but they don't much much intelligence, that to up their intelligence, they would have to interbreed with aliens/ETs of higher intelligence - and that this occured.

It is in the Bible of course - and other such texts.

Also that the distinct human races - did come from other parts of the galaxy...
