  1. I believe that Capitalism INFORMS our moral values.  Different people react differently to the tenants of capitalism, as they do to socialism.

    Capitalism implicitly preaches that hard work will be rewarded, which is certainly a moral value, but individual's own interactions with the market can either lead them to embrace a capitalist morality or reject it.

    Capitalism is only a part of what helps to form our morality.  More importantly, it's a framework around which our values can react.


  2. In capitalism the value of things comes expressed in money; then many persons extend the idea and see the value of humans like money too; this principle established by that kind of persons build a construction of moral values based on materialism.

    Curiously, the philosophy of materialism is more connected to communism than capitalism; in fact , the philosophy postulates that sustain the capitalism are not materialistic like liberty, reason, etc.
