  1. yes the elites have far too much power.   I would say more education is the answer children should learn about civil rights Marxism and gender inequalities in school not wait until they go to university

  2. They try to but luckily they are c**p at it.

  3. Yes.

    Ban commericals.

Ban images and messages that promote oppression

Promote good values - family, education, eqaulity

Stop using media for commercial gain. But is that possible?

  4. in response to manipulation, you have to ask whether there is anything that isn't manipulated or at least moulded in some way to meet the means and needs of a specific newspaper, target audience, media owners, discourse at different times and of course different journalists. the media is the most powerful enterprise in the world now, a business, not an alturistic service to the public to deliver the truth. it's such a saturated market that competition for readers overrides that element of public service and so manipulation happens to draw readers. a story can essentially give the same details but being written in different ways attracts different audiences and simply, scandal sells. and as much as that may be hurting society, that is what people want, shown by the enormous readership of tabloid newspapers as compared to broadsheets. in relation to brain washing, i simply think  people need to be mindful that this is happening. too often people naively take stories for face value and do not recognise media as a hugely competitive market and ultimately a money game.

  5. I dont think it I know it
