Do you believe that these dreams are telling me something?

Monday night I went out with a couple buddies. I saw this girl at was attractive So as a little joke, my friend kept saying i have no balls, i wrote my name and number an the back of a receipt and just gave it to a girl. a couple hours later she actually called me. we talked for a little bit and that was that. later that night i had a dream that the girl i have been crazy for and trying to get over, cause its not going to happen, finally got together. then last night I dreamed again the we got together after I meet another girl. Are my dream trying to tell me something or is it just a huge coincidence that the night i meet some new girls is the night i dreamed of someone old? People have said that dreams are just what you thought of last before you went to bed. well this week i also dreamed that i lived in a warehouse store then got attacked by a velociraptors. so i don't think that what i was think about. sometimes they maybe weird but sometimes they maybe trying to tell us something.

Dreams are basically what your subconscious is thinking about, so maybe even though you weren't consciously thinking about it, it was still on your mind. That's what I think about dreams; I'm not a believer that they hold the big truth to anything.

Yes...dreams are a part of your sub-conscious mind...there is always a little meaning in all dreams, even if they don't seem that clear to you.  In your case, it's one of two things...you meet new girls, and you dream about an old flame...maybe it's just b/c you have girls on your mind, in general, or maybe you still have feelings for her.

You're exactly right:  sometimes dreams are pure nonsense, and other times, they mean something as it pertains to our lives.

Dreaming of the girl from your past could just be your minds reaction to having similar thoughts (thinking about a girl), but in a different way (different girl).  Give it some time...if you continue to dream about the other girl...give her a call.
