  1. Free will or determinism?

I believe in free will. That is why Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn became a Christian. (His books were great).

    God love you!

  2. we were giving the earth to tend and the animals upon it.  We are here as caretakers and it is our choice how we do things, for good or ill, the choice is also ours what we believe in and how we believe.  No one should make us believe in things we do not. It is our choice. You could say our God(dess) given right. Think on it.

  3. I like to look at it like this:

God is all knowing all seeing, therefore he sees all outcomes of every possible solution, but since he gives us free will... we can choose.

  4. '

the basis for any answer to this question is about as good as the basis for choosing whether or not to believe in god or religion

the answer is indeterminate, but nobody i know accepts that

i consider both possibilities, it is indeed tiring to do so

but overall, i'm guessing we do choose

  5. We choose as there is no god                 imo

  6. Well, God gave us free will, so I believe on that basis we can choose.

  7. Free will, it is our choice.

  8. God has given us the ability to choose. You can take the wrong path or the right path. of course that isn't just 2 complete roads, each path has branchs. Think of it like this, he didn't make us like those dolls that can only say "I love you". He made us with the ability to choose, because it means a lot more if you choose God not becaused your forced to because you love him. I love God thats why i choose him

  9. While we're alive: freewill.  When we die: it's up to God.

  10. There's no such thing as a god or gods.  So if there's a choice to be made, then some human has to make it.

"Free will" is an illusion -- a useful one, but an illusion nonetheless. Our choices are limited by many things beyond our control and even by some things that we're not consciously aware of.  But with no monarchs to rule over us and no tyrants to threaten us, we have to figure things out for ourselves, using whatever knowledge and intelligence and integrity we possess.

  11. He gave us free will. We can choose to accept or reject Him. He loves us unconditionally no matter what though. But the question is will you love Him?

  12. We make choices every day of our life. God knows the choices we will make before the choice is made. God is the causer of choice. God chooses some to know His truths in this life. Others will have the blindfolds and earplugs removed in the next. God swore to Himself that every knee would bend and confess the Lord. Romans 14:11, Isa.45:23

  13. it depends on what you mean if you mean choose to do right over wring then yes it is our choice because god gave us free will so we do not end up like robots but  if you mean choose for yourself what is best for you then i would say no. A huge part of having a relationship with god is putting his will before your own, obeying all the commandments especially to love each other as well as enemies, and accepting that you are a servant of god and that you do not control anything but by choosing to do what god thinks is right you choose to live in heaven. so i think it depends on the situation

  14. Believing that God has given us His love by letting us free from what we have to be as individuals and living creatures. He doesn't have to force our wills, being manipulated even from what we believe in our hearts. It was a part of His creations in nature. We are naturally nurtured through our beliefs from what ever we choose to make our life for. Our missions to fill the learnings from the effects of what we have chosen too. It have been always our 'will' working through in every way of the facing challenges and situtations we have to deal in life. It is only but God's support from His divinity to guide.

  15. I can choose by myself.....April...!!!
