  1. yes and it is oftentimes true. a fight with a best friend may lead to what seems to be an impenatrable war. of course, it may end sooner or later.

the best friend becomes the worst enemy because he may use the trust you gave against you. he/she may know more about you than any other. most of all, you had somehow already loved him/her and it may hurt you the most to see a withering friendship.

  2. Yes. They might betray you and steal your husband.

  3. THIS IS PRACTICALLY TRUE, for one thing your best friend is your cushion when somebody hurt you, or annoyed you or just being lonely. EVERY STORIES you have or your background your best friend knows about it, every drops, every thing in your life since child hood for that matter you have told your best friend, so when the time comes you two became enemies watch out, she or he have all the ARSENAL to throw at you or make you vanish from thin air. Because you never kept silent or hide anything from your best friend. BECAUSE WE ARE ALL HUMAN BEINGS susceptible to being lonely and always longing for someone to talk with or just get us by with our problems. YOU NEVER WONDER WHY THERE ARE SO MANY PEOPLE HERE IN THE FORUM telling all kinds of problems and situation regarding themselves or their friends?

Remember the song 'mister lonely?' ...lonely...im mister lonely...i have no body to call on my own.....hoooooo

  4. Yes.  My husband has been my best friend since we started dating (many years ago!).  He is the one person in this world who knows me, sometimes better than I know myself -- including my strengths, my weaknesses and my insecurities.

There have been a few times during our life together that we have had some nasty arguments, and it is during those times that he chooses to use his knowledge of me, against me.  Not often .... but it has happened.

Yes, it is true:  Your best friend can be your worst enemy.

  5. Oh defiantly, as you trust them and have told them all sorts of things about you which they could use against you. But then it depends on what type of person your best friend is. The type that no matter what happens between you will never tell another soul your secrets or the type that will have your business out there before the days over.
