Yes. They may not be what some people think of when asked about extra dimensions, but I believe particle physics demonstrates at least a very strong possibility. If string theory pans out, there are definitely extra dimensions.

I believe very strongly in all four dimensions (if you count time).  Not just on Earth either.

The generally accepted idea is that the universe exists in nine dimensions. If that's true, then we can actually make the grand unification theory work, which is generally accepted to hopefully work nicely.
