How do you begin Telekinesis?

Did you know that giving a best answer "thumbs up" even after it's been chosen as best answer will give the answerer a bonus point? Most people know that you get a bonus point for each thumbs up you receive before the best answer is chosen but few know you can do it afterwards, too.

The answerer's account (me) was closed in October 2006 but the answer continues to earn points when given a "thumbs up" by people finding it.

That's almost as interesting as telekinesis and easier to prove or disprove but, sure, I'll try to find it if it's still in voting.

A blind man has no sight? None at all? Yet, he finds his way around his apartment, knows pretty much what his cat looks like and knows if it is light or dark outside.

You see what I mean? If you can make the rules and the test must live up to your standards. Nobody can ever claim the prize. Is it important no...

It is the same standard applied to miracles. Babies are born, that is a miracle. Yet someone will tell you that it is a biological function.

Don't get lost in the legalistic view point, just because nobody has ever claimed the prize doesn't mean it doesn't exist. But keep looking I have a feeling you'll find the validation for which you are looking.

Every body talks about Randy when refers to paranormal.. HELLOOOOOOOOOO... you cant say it not exist just because no one showed it to Randy.. YOU CANT learn it over not or over year.. you have it or you don't as simple as that.. Randy, you cant judge person for not being able to perform it on 1 control test,  if you make a week or 2 Weeks, and then say NOTHING that would make me think that there is a chance of certain paranormal thing ( depend of claim).

If certain drug wasn't able to fight a decease from 1 pill, no one dismiss it, there is a seres of trials before verdict is announced.  Another thing, why is JREF changed requirement to beat 1 to 100 odds to 1 to 1000 odds now? If no one was able to beat  even 100 odds?? Another thing, for example I was thinking to apply for telepathy test, with my Friend he would be sitting opposite me  the table will Davide us, my eyes would be covered with mas, my ears closed with plugs to avoid any sound hints or visual hints, so my friend  would thing of a photo that would be in his hand and I would name it.. You know what was the answer form JREF? THERE IS NO WAY YOUR FRIEND WILL BE IN THE SAME ROOM! Who said that telepathy can be done from different rooms, maybe the affect is strong in my case only with let say 1 meter distance and no walls between us?? or there is a evidence that it possible in any distance?? So I had to drop it, and trying to prepare the other test to show where is my friend will not be involved. (the reason why he cant be in same room is from JRE that is to avoid any possible cheating,. great.. what for JREF than there, isn’t to make sure that phenomena is real?)  So before you refer to JREF please try to see what is it all about, not only from the results of there Challenge. As there is some thing about it that in a way make it impossible to win! No one take to aspect the psychological moments when you restricted in every move, plus stress and some pressure.. that is all can affect the results. Why don’t you say.. SHOW US WHAT YOU CAN and how you do it in your way, we look at it and give you verdict if you cheated we will find out, and will repeat what you done same way. If you still say it was real, we EXPLANE where and how we think you cheated, so we illuminate this possible ways, and if you still can perform it that it is real… THAT WHOUL BE FAIR CHALLENGE IN MY OPPINION.

James Randi is a powerful wizard.  He is able to thwart any attempt to win his challenge.  But seriously, what a Nimrod.  You can't say, "Prove that God exists and I'll give you $1,000,000."

If you don't believe in God, he will not exist for you.  Either you believe and have experienced 'Psychic" or "Paranormal" abilities or you have not.  Simple as that.  These powers come from a place not in this physical world and the phenomena cannot be proved in this physical world.

As far as telekenesis, I haven't personally seen this performed or heard of anyone that claims to be able to do it.  If a psychic ability is possible, there are usually many psychics that claim to be able to do it.

Affecting a change in the physical world through use of psychic abilities is difficult but not impossible.  I've heard very light objects such as the pages of a book can be moved with the astral body.  That is it as far as moving physical objects without touching them with the physical body.

Psi..I'm not sure it would do much good to vote on that question. It would take 10 people all voting for the same answer to outdo them. So that one should have already been closed. I don't understand why some questions stay in there a really really long time...and other are closed out in a day or two. I've gotten BAs on  some that only got 1 vote...and others that had several. I've gotten BAs from Voters soon and some take weeks. I don't understand how they do this...what determines when it's time to close it and give the BA to someone. I'll try to go over there more. I don't go because I forget about it...till you remind us!!! lol Thanks.  (Sometimes I can't find many that I'm able to understand or know what is the right answer.)
